Whether this is your first rally or you’re an alumni, we are here to make this a great event for everyone. Here is a list of ideas to support your comfort and participation across the 4 days.

 

• FRESH WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR: By recommendation of Blackwell Island, water pressure regulators are HIGHLY advised while hooked up the campgrounds water hookups.

 

• VENDOR SERVICES: If you haven’t done so, be sure to pre-schedule your services and upgrades with the amazing vendor team soon. With the largest attendance yet, appointments are filling up. See the Vendor & Sponsor page on the website for our Service Directory.

 

 

 

• OWNERS TABLE and DONATIONS: Do you have items to sell/trade? Donations for the raffle? Great! Remember to pack them before heading to the rally.  We will be ready for you.

 

 

 

• FIRESIDE DESSERT SOCIAL: Allies are welcomed to bring a sweet treat to share. (Thursday event)

 

• ROCK PAINTING: Have a special rock you have been waiting to decorate? Or a design you found on the internet.  Maybe you never rock painted before. During this Thursday event, we will provide acrylic pens, sealant, plus have rocks for sale.  Allies are welcome to bring past completed products to share, current projects, ideas, and/or your imagination to create something extraordinary!  Here are some links to get the creative juices flowing

 

 

 

 

• OKTOBERFEST POTLUCK: Brats provided by Big Beard Battery! Please bring either an appetizer, side dish, veggies/salad, OR Dessert to share.  (Dish size: feeds 4-6 people max). Sign up online at:

       We HIGHLY recommend disposable serving container and utensils for ease in clean up.             (Friday night event)

 

• BOURBON STREET AND WINE WAY: Bring your favorite bourbon and/or wine to share with fellow Allies during this FRIDAY night social event.

​

• RAFFLE TICKETS will be available for purchase during the rally via CASH only. Auction items, and other rally merchandise can be purchased with cash or square. 

           

• HALLOWEEN PET PARADE: Ready to show off your pet’s favorite costume? Fun fact: we have over 90 pets attending the rally!  This should be a great event! (Saturday event)

 

• ALLY PARK 5: A Gathering Place for Allies! You spoke and we listened.  Ally Park 5 is a social spot for allies to gather, socialize, initiate a game of cards or cornhole, and build community with fellow Allies.  Bring your own chair.  Ally Park 5 will be open daily.
