Vendor Social

Back by popular demand, opening night is all about our vendors! Immediately following the Welcome address, attendees are invited to stroll down Vendor Row for our 2nd annual Vendor Social.

This is a great opportunity to mingle with rally goers & share information. The atmosphere is fun-casual and vendors are welcome to provide snacks while building connections.

On-site services & maintanence

Vendors have the opportunity to schedule and provide a variety of services including maintenance, inspections, etc. directly onsite at the resort. PacNW Regional Ally Rally thoughtfully works with vendors to create a menu of specialized services and prevent overlap.

Last year, our vendors reported high customer interest & a busy schedule for the full rally.

Product sales

Get Ready to sparkle and shine, the spotlight is all yours! Each vendor is provided space to put up their canopy to display their products. Whether you are camping on-site or a walk-in vendor, PacNW Regional Ally Rally works with each business to ensure you have a space to shine. Our Vendor Row and schedule of activities work to maximize foot traffic and highlight our vendors throughout the rally.

On site installation

Vendors have the opportunity to schedule and provide a variety of product installations directly onsite at the resort. PacNW Regional Ally Rally thoughtfully works with vendors to create a menu of specialized services and prevent overlap.

Last year, our vendors reported high customer interest & a busy schedule the full rally.

Presentations & Demostrations

We welcome vendors to show off their expertise by giving demonstrations or presentations on topics of interest. This is a great way connect with customers and share valuable knowledge with other rally goers.

Sign ups for presentations are included on the vendor application.

Stay Involved

There is no better community than the RV community. At the PNWR, we believe our vendors and sponsors are key to making a fun and successful event. We welcome and highly encourage vendors to join along with rally goers during the 4 days. This includes participating in catered dinners, potluck, campfires, games, and any rally sponsored activities of interest. We value you not only for your expertise, but as a VIP member of the RV community.

Vendor Rates and Benefits:

Vendor rates are consistent with the rally rates and terms. In exchange, PacNW Regional Ally Rally provides vendors with a dedicated coordinator to support maximizing success, including thoughtful planning and scheduling of activities to increase exposure, & welcomed participation in all meals, all socials, games, and other events of interest.

Why become a sponsor?

Sponsorship is a great way to reach new and existing customers when being on-site is not possible. The RV community is a mobile clientele, attending rallies to learn more about new products and services designed to improve their RV lifestyle. The PacNW Regional Ally Rally is attended by over 200 RV'ers annually, providing solid exposure to your target audience. Sponsorship of the PacNW Regional Ally Rally is available in a variety of ways.

Additional advertisement exposures for our sponsors, PacNW Regional Ally Rally provides a dedicated webpage on our website with links to sponsor webpages & a banner display during rally promoting our sponsors.

Sponsors of the PacNW Regional Ally Rally will have the opportunity to participate with a cash donation by providing products for the raffle/auctions. Sponsors may be vendors as well.
